We have been studying proverbs chapter by chapter on Wed. mornings in my prayer room team! Man WHAT A BOOK. King Solomon knew what he was doing when he asked for wisdom. Proverbs 4:7 says “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting get understanding.”
This said, we asked “what is wisdom?” Then someone shouts “wisdom is the fear of the Lord”. This comment then leads to “What is the fear of the Lord?”After a series of more questions someone said something that struck me.
The fear of the Lord is knowing that God sees all things, but more importantly that He Cares! He cares about our choices because He sees how they will affect us in eternity.
That really struck me and moved me to make some changes in my own life. It opened up a new revelation on Eph. 1:17-19 and what it means to pray this for someone or even ourselves.
Big Fat SLACKER
Ok I’m a big fat SLACKER!!!!!!!!! I haven’t written a post in forever. So much has happened in the 3 months since I posted last, most of all I GOT ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hooray!!!!!!!!! I never thought the day would actualy come but it’s here and I totally love it. We got engaged on Jan. 31st. It was the most fun day and night of my entire life. I am totally in love right now.
We had the national onething conference over new years. It was amazing, 15,000 young people hungry for the lord, all in one building. We also aired the evening sessions on GOD T.V. live. It was very cool.
I joined a prayer room team!!!
Sacred trust team you guys are awesome for thinking that one up. I joined Joseph and Heba Taylor’s team that does the 6 am. Anyone looking for a great team to join, come on out. Having the accountability to just show up is at the bottom of the list of things I love about prayer room teams. I have such a focus now in the prayer room, it’s awesome!
Just a side note, the 6am-12pm section is amazing.

My First Post
Hi, Welcome to my blog. Most of you know me so I won’t go into much detail about myself, but here a few things about me for those of you who care. My name Is Tyler Eitel, I live in Kansas City, Mo. formerly the cattle sales capitol of the world. I moved here form beautiful Colorado in 2003 to do an internship at the International House of Prayer . After my internship I stayed and joined full time staff. I now work for Forerunner Media Group , FMG encompasses a record label, a publisher, and media distribution center, It’s a really sweet job. In august of 2006 my life was changed forever, I started dating the most wonderful woman in the world and got a new best friend. Joanna (the above mentioned “most wonderful woman in the world” ski-trip.JPG ) works for onething. onething is young adult conferance ministry that operates out of the House of Prayer, they travel the U.S. and put on conferences, and then have a very large national canferance here in KC over the new year.
